About The Job

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Web3 Content Strategist to join our team. 
• In this role, you will spearhead content creation and strategy for a variety of Web3-related initiatives, including exchange listings, airdrops, and DeFi projects.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop a content roadmap aligned with exchange listings, airdrops, and Web3 trends.
• Create an editorial calendar for blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
• Research and leverage SEO & keyword trends for Web3 topics.

Content Creation (Educational & Promotional):

• Write engaging blog posts, whitepapers, and guides on trading, DeFi.
• Create short-form social media content (tweets, threads, memes, infographics, and videos).
• Develop scripts and video content for platform tutorials, AMAs, and feature announcements.
• Produce Web3-related content for university partnerships and courses.

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Manage Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and Reddit communities to boost engagement.
• Respond to user queries and provide real-time updates on listings, airdrops, and promotions.
• Organize AMAs, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.

Web3 Marketing & Growth Hacking:

• Run and optimize airdrop campaigns (e.g., your 30-day TON airdrop).
• Work with influencers and crypto KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for marketing.
• Implement on-chain marketing strategies (NFT campaigns, token incentives, etc.).
• Leverage Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and YouTube collaborations for visibility.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor content performance metrics (engagement, conversions, retention).
• Track competitor strategies and adapt to new trends.
• Provide reports and insights for content optimization.

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of content creation, social media marketing.
• 2 years Web3 experience.
• Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and trading.
• Strong writing skills for blog posts, tweets, and newsletters.
• Experience managing web3 communities.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content
• Knowledge of SEO, Twitter growth strategies, and community engagement tactics.

Summary

• We are looking for a Motion/Asset Designer to join our development team and bring our digital experiences to life through engaging animations and motion graphics. 
• Your work will enhance UI interactions, marketing content, and product visuals, making them more dynamic, intuitive, and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and transitions for web and mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to integrate motion seamlessly into our digital experiences.
• Work on micro-interactions, loading animations, explainer videos, and other motion-based assets.
• Optimize animations for performance across various platforms and devices.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Experiment with new motion trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Lottie, Figma, Cinema 4D or Blender
• Strong understanding of UI animations, motion principles, and user interaction patterns.
• Ability to work with developers to implement animations using tools like Lottie or GIF
• A portfolio showcasing creative motion work and its impact on user experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
