    Senior Stock Operator

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Stock/Inventory Operator is responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory activities including stock movement, goods receipt, returns handling, and accurate record keeping using an ERP system.
    • The role ensures proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures while supporting operational efficiency within the warehouse and supply chain functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and control daily stock movements including receipts, transfers, and dispatches using the ERP system.
    • Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions in the ERP system in real time.
    • Supervise and verify goods received, ensuring quantities and quality match purchase orders and delivery documents.
    • Manage and process customer and supplier goods returns in line with company policies.
    • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, variances, and inventory adjustments.
    • Conduct periodic stock counts and coordinate monthly/quarterly inventory audits.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate inventory reports for management review.
    • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods within the warehouse.
    • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
    • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report potential shortages or excess inventory.
    • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, internal controls, and safety procedures.
    • Train and supervise junior storekeepers or inventory staff where necessary.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management and warehouse operations.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in inventory/stock management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or warehouse operations.
    • Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
    • In-depth knowledge of stock movement processes, inventory control, and goods return procedures.
    • Proven experience in stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Senior HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including payroll administration, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and general HR operations.
    • The role requires a highly experienced professional capable of ensuring efficient HR service delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and administer the company’s payroll process, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payment of staff salaries and statutory deductions.
    • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including allowances, deductions, leave balances, and benefits.
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Prepare employment documents such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
    • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
    • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

    • Professional certification, such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI, will be an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR practices, and Nigerian labor laws.
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and HR/payroll software.
