    Field Sales Personnel

    Responsibilities

    • Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
    • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
    • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
    • Meet monthly personal and team sales targets
    • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
    • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
    • Prospect for customers within your location and close deals
    • Strategize marketing plan for increasing sales and improve on customer database.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND/BSc in Sales, Marketing or any related courses
    • 1-3 years experience in the same field
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship
    • Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions.
    • Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
    • Results-driven attitude, with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to achieve sales goals and overcome challenges.
    • Benefit is centered on Sales commission, conveyanceand phone call allowance.

    Executive Secretary

    Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support, including overseeing all aspects of office management, administrative/human resourcesupport, facilities management, and records management.
    • Organizing and managing weekly and monthly meetings, taking of minutes and communicating summary via company’s platform to concerned employees.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Oversee all aspects of office management, including administrative support, facilities management, and records management.
    • Maintain company asset in conjunction with control department, proper documentation of the business cars and maintaining schedule from the company rent and accommodation.
    • Support with project implementation such as events and ensure cost minimization at a quality satisfaction. Breakdown on all expense and monthly asset management.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc Degree in an administrative or management course
    • Good communication skill and attentive to detail
    • Highly organized and well mannered
    • Excellent understanding of corporate culture
    • Reside within Ikeja and its environment.
