    Sales Officer

    Description

    We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales officer to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for interacting directly with small business owners and decision-makers, educating them on the value of our innovative tech product, and driving sales. You'll play a key role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and signing up new accounts. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Research and develop your own target account list for outbound outreach.   
    • Understand the needs of our prospective small business customers and articulate the value proposition that Reliance Health provides.   
    • Deliver engaging product presentations that highlight features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs. 
    • Close deals and process transactions, ensuring a smooth customer experience. 
    • Build rapport with potential customers and become a trusted advisor, nurturing them for future opportunities   
    • Maintain accurate sales records and interaction activities in our CRM. 
    • Contribute to achieving team sales targets by meeting assigned sales targets. 
    • Constantly strive to exceed individual, team and company goals   

    Requirements

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build trust. 
    • A fast learner with a strong understanding of health insurance products 
    • In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus). 
    • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new solutions. 
    • Excellent presentation, demonstration, and persuasion skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and meet assigned sales goals. 
    • Strong work ethic, Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite). 
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales

    Telesales

    Description

    We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales of our innovative Health insurance product which is specifically designed to meet the needs of small businesses. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, educating potential customers on the product's benefits, and ultimately closing deals. 

    Responsibilities include: 

    • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions. 
    • Educate potential customers on features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs. 
    • Effectively guide customers through the sales process and sign-up of new accounts. 
    • Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor. 
    • Exceed assigned sales targets. 
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. 

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar B2B sales role. 
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. 
    • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
    • In-depth understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses (a plus). 
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (a plus) 
    • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about new solutions. 
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. 
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
