Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Personal Driver to provide daily transportation services.
• The ideal candidate must be punctual, professional, and familiar with Lagos road networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the employer to and from designated locations
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Proven experience as a personal or corporate driver
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns
• Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Resides within or close to Iyana Ipaja is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across assigned properties
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings meet safety and quality standards
• Manage service providers (cleaners, security, technicians, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve facility-related issues promptly
• Monitor utility usage and manage cost-effective maintenance practices
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and service schedules
• Support property management team in ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in facility or property management (real estate experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and vendor management
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.
