    Store Officer

    Job Description

    • We are recruiting for the role of a Store Officer who will be responsible for the efficient management of the company’s pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring proper storage, accurate documentation, and timely distribution of drugs, raw materials, and other medical supplies.
    • This role requires strict adherence to regulatory standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines to maintain the quality and integrity of products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and supplies.
    • Ensure proper storage of drugs and materials under required temperature and environmental conditions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual logs and inventory management software.
    • Issue materials and products to production or other departments based on requisitions.
    • Conduct regular stock reconciliation (daily, weekly, monthly) and report discrepancies promptly.
    • Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team to prevent shortages or overstocking.
    • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage regulations, including FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store in line with regulatory and company policies.
    • Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and internal auditors.
    • Generate periodic reports on stock movement, consumption trends, and store performance.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience as a Store Officer, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
    • An in-depth Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory storage standards.
    • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Integrity and accountability in handling sensitive medical supplies.
    • Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations.
    • Must reside within Ikeja or it environs.

    Audit Officer

    Job Description

    • We are urgently recruiting for the role of an Audit Officer who will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial records, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Professional certification (or in view) such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as an internal auditor, external auditor, or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and report-writing abilities.

    Pharmacist Intern

    Job brief

    • We are urgently looking for Pharmacist intern who will be responsible for preparing and administering appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients.
    • You will achieve this either by executing a physician’s order or by addressing the patient’s problems and needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and execute physician’s prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality
    • Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster
    • Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration
    • Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice
    • Provide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc.
    • Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient
    • Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication
    • Keep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
    • Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Degree in Pharmacy / Pharmacology
    • 0 - 1 year experience as a pharmacist
    • Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems (eg. MediTech, Mediware etc.)
    • Good organizing skills
    • Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
    • Integrity and compassion.
