    Business Development Manager

    Role Summary

    • The Business Development Manager will drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and converting high-value leads into strategic partnerships. This role requires a commercially sharp professional who can navigate the marketing communications landscape to deliver measurable brand impact for clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute structured business development plans to expand market share in Lagos and Abuja.
    • Lead Conversion: Proactively identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities within the media and advertising space.
    • Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with brand custodians and corporate decision-makers.
    • Deal Closing: Lead complex negotiations and close profitable, long-term contracts.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years in Business Development, specifically within Marketing Communications, Media, or Advertising.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Executive -Consumer & Market Insights (CMI)

    Role Summary

    • Our Client is seeking a data-driven and consumer-centric CMI Executive to lead the planning and execution of end-to-end research projects. Reporting to the VP & Head of CMI, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategies, ensuring our brand and marketing teams have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Leadership: Manage the full research lifecycle: from crafting briefs with brand teams to overseeing fieldwork and final delivery.
    • Quality Control: Ensure data integrity through rigorous sanity checks on outputs from external research partners.
    • Consumer Immersion: Uncover deep insights through regular home visits, consumer observations, and retail trade visits.
    • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external agencies for fieldwork, data collection, and operational tasks (POs/Payments).
    • Strategic Insights: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to provide clear, impactful growth recommendations.

    Requirements

    • Experience: 2–3 years in Market Research (Agency or Client-side).
    • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with questionnaire design, fieldwork planning, and report writing.
    • Project Scope: Familiarity with Product Tests, Brand Health Tracking, and U&A (Usage & Attitude) studies.
    • Competencies: Strong statistical knowledge, ability to multitask in a complex environment, and excellent communication skills

    Chief Finance Officer

    Role Summary

    • The CFO is a key member of the Group Executive Management team, responsible for the organization's overall financial health, strategic leadership, and risk management. You will oversee financial planning (FP&A), ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, manage capital structures, and provide financial oversight for large-scale construction projects

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Planning: Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals; lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and market trend analysis.
    • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements and maintain robust internal controls.
    • Treasury & Capital Management: Optimize capital structure, manage liquidity/cash flow, and handle banking relationships and foreign exchange exposures.

    Requirements

    • Active ICAN, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (Mandatory).
    • 15-20 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Real Estate/Construction.
    • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and project-based financial modeling.
