The CFO is a key member of the Group Executive Management team, responsible for the organization's overall financial health, strategic leadership, and risk management. You will oversee financial planning (FP&A), ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, manage capital structures, and provide financial oversight for large-scale construction projects
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals; lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and market trend analysis.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements and maintain robust internal controls.
Treasury & Capital Management: Optimize capital structure, manage liquidity/cash flow, and handle banking relationships and foreign exchange exposures.
Project Oversight: Assess financial feasibility for new real estate developments and provide financial governance for construction projects.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for investors, banks, auditors, and regulators.
Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team (Tax, Treasury, and Financial Control).
Requirements
First degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA is a strong plus.
Active ICAN, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (Mandatory).
15-20 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Real Estate/Construction.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and project-based financial modeling.
