Our Client is seeking a data-driven and consumer-centric CMI Executive to lead the planning and execution of end-to-end research projects. Reporting to the VP & Head of CMI, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategies, ensuring our brand and marketing teams have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the full research lifecycle: from crafting briefs with brand teams to overseeing fieldwork and final delivery.
Quality Control: Ensure data integrity through rigorous sanity checks on outputs from external research partners.
Consumer Immersion: Uncover deep insights through regular home visits, consumer observations, and retail trade visits.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external agencies for fieldwork, data collection, and operational tasks (POs/Payments).
Strategic Insights: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to provide clear, impactful growth recommendations.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in Market Research (Agency or Client-side).
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with questionnaire design, fieldwork planning, and report writing.
Project Scope: Familiarity with Product Tests, Brand Health Tracking, and U&A (Usage & Attitude) studies.
Competencies: Strong statistical knowledge, ability to multitask in a complex environment, and excellent communication skills
