The Business Development Manager will drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and converting high-value leads into strategic partnerships. This role requires a commercially sharp professional who can navigate the marketing communications landscape to deliver measurable brand impact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute structured business development plans to expand market share in Lagos and Abuja.
Lead Conversion: Proactively identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities within the media and advertising space.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with brand custodians and corporate decision-makers.
Deal Closing: Lead complex negotiations and close profitable, long-term contracts.
Pipeline & Reporting: Manage the full sales cycle, providing accurate revenue forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Business Development, specifically within Marketing Communications, Media, or Advertising.
Proven history of meeting and exceeding multi-million naira revenue targets.
High-level negotiation, compelling presentation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
