    Storekeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Record and keep accurate information on stock
    • Overseeing daily/weekly/monthly stock taking
    • Update of all stock books
    • Ensure goods are issued efficiently and accurately
    • Prompt distribution of products to branches aa requested
    • Ensure there is no damage of products arising from personal handling
    • Safeguard of the warehouse
    • Ensure adequate stock of products to avoid stock out
    • Ensure products are picked up for delivery as at when due
    • Manage the inflow and out outflow of goods
    • Manage the company stock system
    • Other ad-hoc projects relating to stock system management.

    Requirements

    • BSC or HND in related field
    • At least 1 year experience
    • Must be computer literate
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Team working skills
    • Attention to details
    • Analytical skills.

    Transactions Processing Officer (Data Entry)

    Responsibilities

    • Inputting raw data into computer system and database
    • Ensure accuracy and perform quality control checks to identify and reconcile discrepancies
    • Communicating with various branches, management and Depot Officer to clarify queries, obtain missing information and ensure proper data collection.
    • Follow protocols to maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data, ensuring it is protected from unauthorised access
    • Identify and resolve problems related to data processing operations and computer system.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or HND in related field
    • Must be computer literate
    • Having an account background/knowledge is an advantage
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Goal oriented mindset and a driven personality
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self motivated and result driven with a strong work ethics
    • Analytical skills
    • Attention to details
    • Problem solving skills.

    Clearing and Forwarding Officer

    Job Description

    • Tracking of containers on transit
    • Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, etc)
    • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
    • Paying any applicable duties and taxes
    • Obtaining clearance from related government bodies
    • Arranging transport from your doors to the company's warehouses.
    • Other ad-hoc activities relating to stock and system management.

    Requirements

    • HND or BSc in a related field
    • Must be computer literate
    • Proven Experience on clearing and forwarding
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Goal oriented mindset and a driven personality
    • Self motivated and result driven with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
