    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Officer to manage and oversee the financial operations of the company.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
    • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and summaries.
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
    • Manage payroll, including processing employee salaries and deductions.
    • Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.
    • Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Ensure adherence to financial policies and legal requirements.
    • Manage cash flow and provide recommendations for improving financial processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Officer or in a similar accounting role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools.
    • Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Closeness to the office is also a bonus
    • Can also be a junior accountant.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing activities of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a cost-effective, timely, and efficient manner. The Procurement Officer will also maintain relationships with vendors, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that procurement practices adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services needed by the organization.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and vendors.
    • Issue purchase orders, track orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
    • Maintain inventory levels, track usage, and reorder products as necessary.
    • Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
    • Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure their requirements are met.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed records of procurement transactions.
    • Review and approve supplier invoices for payment.
    • Assist in budget preparation and control procurement-related costs.
    • Resolve any issues related to suppliers, such as delays or discrepancies in orders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar purchasing role.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract law.
    • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    Hospital Front Desk Officer

    Location: Osapa London, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Candidate should be comfortable working at a hospital
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience as a hospital front desk.
    • A female is preferred.
    • Candidates should have experience in customer service and billing, preferably in a hospital.
    • Candidate should not be above 25 years of age.
    • The candidate should be able to resume immediately.
    • Must have worked previously in a hospital.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N120,00 monthly.
