    Personal Assistant/Social Media Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a resourceful and creative Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager to support the CEO in both administrative and digital capacities. This role involves managing the CEO’s day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing online presence by developing and executing effective social media strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and itineraries.
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO, executives, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
    • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas as required.
    • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to enhance the CEO’s and company’s digital footprint.
    • Curate and create high-quality, brand-aligned content for the CEO’s social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media activity, manage interactions, and respond to messages to foster a strong online community.
    • Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
    • Stay informed of social media trends and best practices to maintain a competitive and impactful online presence.
    • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all content.
    • Assist in coordinating and implementing special projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Research and compile information for reports, proposals, and presentations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
    • Exceptional organizational, time management skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, project management tools, and social media management tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite).
    • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.

    Verification Manager

    Job Description

    The Verification Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire verification process within the organization. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of verification operations across multiple domains, including client verification, document verification, background checks, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Verification Manager will lead a team, develop strategies for efficient verification processes, and work closely with other departments to ensure that the company adheres to industry standards and legal regulations.

    • Oversee daily verification operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve verification protocols with emphasis on innovative ways to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
    • Develop and improve verification processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and reliability.
    • Manage verification workflows, assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely completion of all verification requests.
    • Regularly review verification cases and reports for accuracy and compliance.
    • Lead, train, and mentor the verification team, fostering a high-performance work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills.
    • Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation to meet verification demands and deadlines.
    • Foster teamwork and collaboration within the department and with other business units.
    • Ensure all verification processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
    • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring the company’s verification processes remain compliant.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with verification processes, such as data breaches or inaccurate verifications.
    • Work with the compliance and legal teams to ensure any risks related to verification are addressed promptly.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on verification activities, including performance metrics, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on verification outcomes, potential risks, and process enhancements.
    • Use data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements within the verification function.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of verification processes.
    • Analyze existing verification processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation and the integration of advanced technology solutions to streamline verification tasks.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure verification tools and systems are up-to-date and aligned with company needs.
    • Monitor technological trends in the verification industry and introduce best practices that enhance the department’s performance.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum BSc in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, MSc will be an added advantage.
    • Human Resources certification will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years in verification or Human Resources, with at least 2 years of experience managing a portal or similar systems.
    • Knowledge of compliance standards.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office suites.
