• Maintain a list of all properties in the company’s portfolio
• Ensuring efficient supervision of facilities in properties under management
• Supervise and coordinate procurement and safe delivery all goods and services
• Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
• Making sure properties provide adequate returns on investment.
• Organizing and checking repairs.

Job Specification

• B.Sc in Estate Management from a reputable university
• M.sc in Facility Management / Project Management
• 12-15 years experience in property/facility management (5 out of it in a managerial role)
• Must have managed multi-tenanted commercial properties
• Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client accounts.

Specification

• Must have a BSc / BA Degree in Customer Relations or relevant course.
• Must have a minimum of 5-8 years’ client management experience.
• Must have relevant professional certifications.
• Should reside in Lagos
• Must look professional and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales for the profitability of the branch
• Build and manage client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
• Assists the team in identifying properties for listing, evaluating properties, and setting appropriate prices for the sale or rental as appropriate.
• Sale and lease of properties in the company's portfolio whilst securing new property sales and lease briefs for the business.
• Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Estate Management
• Chartered Membership of NIES, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS
• 10-12 years of real estate sales proven experience
• Very strong sales negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex transactions Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including property values, trends, and client expectations.
