The environment is fast-paced, service-driven, and heavily project-oriented, with ongoing expansion, facility upgrades, and operational improvement programs. The Finance Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams across hospitality, infrastructure, farm operations, and community projects.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional certification (ICAN or ACCA) is required.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of five to seven years experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in hospitality, agribusiness, real estate, or multi-project environments.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, cash management, and financial reporting.
Experience working with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or other ERP tools.
Ability to support financial oversight across multiple business units or revenue lines.

Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 10 years proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects, ideally within hospitality, construction, agriculture, estates management, or mixed-use developments.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple contractors and technical teams.
Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or other workflow applications.
Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder-management capability.
