The Project Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams across hospitality, infrastructure, farm operations, and community projects.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 10 years proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects, ideally within hospitality, construction, agriculture, estates management, or mixed-use developments.
Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple contractors and technical teams.
Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or other workflow applications.
Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder-management capability.
