Project Manager at Pedabo (Tax, Audit, Advisory)

• The organisation is a hospitality and leisure group located on a large estate in Kaduna State, operating a resort, polo and equestrian facilities, a farm project, and a charitable school initiative.
• The environment is fast-paced, service-driven, and heavily project-oriented, with ongoing expansion, facility upgrades, and operational improvement programs.
• The Project Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams across hospitality, infrastructure, farm operations, and community projects.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects, ideally within hospitality, construction, agriculture, estates management, or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple contractors and technical teams.
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or other workflow applications.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder-management capability.
