    Human Resources Officer

    Summary

    • The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, staff welfare, performance management, training coordination, and HR compliance across PMN Farms operations.

    Responsibilities

    • The role supports workforce development and ensures effective people management systems are implemented across assigned locations.
    • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
    • Maintain employee records and documentation.
    • Support performance management processes.
    • Coordinate staff training and development programs.
    • Manage attendance and leave records.
    • Support disciplinary and grievance processes.
    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
    • Assist with payroll administration and staff welfare initiatives.

    Education

    Description

    • This role manages supplier relationships, purchasing activities, procurement records, and inventory replenishment to support operational efficiency.

    • Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
    • Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
    • Process purchase requests and purchase orders.
    • Coordinate delivery of materials and supplies.

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

    • The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and workplace standards across PMN Farms operations while promoting a culture of safety, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance.

    Description

    • The role develops, implements, monitors, and continuously improves health, safety, and environmental programs designed to protect employees, visitors, company assets, and the environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine safety inspections and audits.
    • Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
    • Conduct risk assessments for operational activities.
    • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
    • Prepare incident and safety reports.
    • Conduct employee safety training and awareness programs.
    • Monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
    • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
