    Content Creator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms.
    • Manage the company’s social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
    • Plan and execute monthly content calendars in line with brand objectives.
    • Develop creative campaign ideas for product launches, promotions, and festive seasons.
    • Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and marketing copy.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
    • Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain strong community engagement.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Suggest and implement creative strategies to increase followers and conversions.

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
    • Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar design/editing tools.
    • Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills.
    • Experience managing luxury or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

    Bakery Production Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for a proactive and organized Bakery Operations Supervisor to oversee daily bakery activities, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high-quality standards across production, sales, and administration. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative, reporting, and Microsoft skills, with excellent leadership and coordination abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily bakery operations, including production, packaging, and dispatch.
    • Monitor product quality, hygiene, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods; ensure timely replenishment.
    • Track and report daily sales, production output, and wastage figures.
    • Prepare and submit periodic performance and operations reports to management.

    Bookkeeper

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and cash flow statements.
    • Monitor petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses.

    • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of brand management, retail operations, and market trends.
