    Business Development Officer

    Key Responsiblities

    • Conduct market research to Identify new and follow up business opportunities for the Firm.
    • Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
    • Support in the development of strategic plans to achieve business growth
    • Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
    • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

    Requirements

    • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1 - 3 proven years experience in sales,business development preferably in the HR Services Industry
    • Strong Understanding of HR Services and Solutions.
    • Ability to work independently and manage work tasks effectively.
    • A proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrate excellent speaking, writing, presentation and communication skills
    • Proximity to Eneka, Port Harcourt.

    Human Resource Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
    • Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
    • Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
    • Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
    • Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
    • Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
    • Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
    • Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and resolve employees’ problems
    • Familiarity with database systems and common HR applications
    • Understanding of employment laws and regulations as well as industry-specific regulations
    • Effective organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Discretion and the ability to keep data private
    • Proximity to Elimgbu, Port-Harcourt.
