    Architect

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings.
    • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on project requirements.
    • Oversee project execution to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
    • Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients.
    • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
    • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
    • Advise on the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of designs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field with a minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural design or construction.
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and materials.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Benin City.

    Responsibilities
