Job Details

Transaction Origination & Structuring

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of bankable transactions across multiple sectors.
• Originate, design, and structure bespoke financial solutions spanning debt, equity, and hybrid instruments.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution including due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, negotiations, documentation, and closing.
• Develop innovative financing frameworks that balance client needs, regulatory requirements, and profitability.

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

• Drive client acquisition and retention across corporate, institutional, and government segments.
• Serve as the lead relationship manager for high-value clients, ensuring superior service delivery and solution alignment.

Advisory & Market Intelligence

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is an added advantage.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 10 – 12 years’ progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, or financial advisory.
• Demonstrated expertise in transaction origination, structuring, and execution across various sectors.
• Strong technical proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and transaction documentation.
