Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited is seeking a Lead, Financial Advisory to drive its corporate finance and transaction advisory business. The role covers originating and executing complex deals such as M&A, capital raising, project finance, and restructuring, while also mentoring teams and managing high-level client and stakeholder relationships.

Job Details

• Provide strategic advice on corporate finance, infrastructure, and development projects.
• Originate, structure, and execute complex transactions.
• Lead M&A, capital raising, and restructuring engagements.
• Oversee feasibility studies, valuations, and financial models.
• Manage negotiations and transaction documentation.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with corporates, investors, DFIs, and regulators.
• Lead and mentor the advisory team, ensuring compliance with SEC, NSE, NAICOM, and other regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
• 10–12 years’ progressive experience in investment banking/corporate finance, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven record in executing high-value transactions (M&A, capital markets, restructuring).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage senior client relationships.
