    Sales Manager

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration, and fostering relationships with potential clients and existing customers for our solar installation and maintenance projects. The role will primarily involve fieldwork, engaging directly with customers on-site

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Information Management: Gather and maintain detailed customer information relevant to solar installation and maintenance projects. Keep an updated database of customer contact details, project statuses, and service requirements.
    • Timely Payment Management: Coordinate billing processes and ensure timely payment of customer bills. Address billing inquiries or issues promptly to maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Collaboration with Solar Technician: Work closely with the solar technician to resolve technical issues with installed systems. Coordinate service calls and ensure the technician has the necessary resources.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports to the Project Manager on customer projects, payments, and any encountered issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project progress, and resolutions.
    • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing solar installation projects, meeting customer requirements and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales. Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and business growth objectives.
    • Task Flexibility: Adapt to the evolving needs of the project and take on additional responsibilities as required.
    • Compliance and Standards: Adhere to company policies, including health, safety, and environmental standards. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all customer interactions and project activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team at NoemDek Limited. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all administrative and clerical tasks.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all office operations, including maintaining and organizing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure all office policies and procedures are adhered to, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
    • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed
    • Organizes office operations and procedures, including correspondence, filing systems, supply requisitions, and clerical support.

    Qualifications:
