To support the with the administration of the day-to-day HR Operations aspect such as Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, updating employee records, preparation of various reports, administration of company policies, procedures and programs, data analysis & reporting whilst ensuring the security and confidentiality of HR Information
Minimum Qualifications
B.SC/ BA in Business Administration, HR related course, Social Sciences or related field Working Knowledge of MS Office (Competence in Excel is compulsory)
Professional Accreditation:
CIPM, SHRM, SPHR or CIPD
Reports directly to the General Manager, Transport Operations. Supports the efficiencies drive of the unit by developing strategies, interpreting data, and analysing the operations to enable prompt tracking of indicators to steer the operations towards profitability and efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
