    Digital Media & Admissions Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking to recruit a highly competent and proactiveDigital Media & Admissions Officer.
    • This role is central to the growth of the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the school’s digital presence, showcasing the rich learning experiences taking place across the school, and professionally managing admissions enquiries from prospective families.
    • We are seeking a creative and organised professional who can independently identify opportunities to promote the school and consistently produce high-quality digital content that reflects the excellence of our learning environment thereby effectively capturing and communicating the story of our school while supporting the admissions process.

    Key Responsibilities
    Digital Media & School Promotion:

    • Manage and grow the school’s social media platforms by maintaining a consistent, active, and highly engaging online presence.
    • Capture photographs and videos of classroom learning, school events, and pupil activities.
    • Create and publish compelling posts and content that highlight classroom learning, pupil achievements, school events and school culture
    • Design digital and print promotional materials including flyers, posters, newsletters and event publicity using tools such as CorelDraw, Canva and other graphic design tools.
    • Support the development of the school’s online visibility and brand presence.

    Admissions & Parent Engagement:

    • Professionally handle admissions enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and in-person visits.
    • Provide prospective parents with clear and accurate information about the school’s programmes and admission procedures.
    • Maintain records of enquiries and follow up with prospective families
    • Support the organisation and promotion of school events, tours and open days.

    Content & School Documentation:

    • Ensure school activities, learning experiences, and special events are properly documented and communicated.
    • Support the preparation of school publications and communications to parents
    • Support with editing and formatting of learning materials

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital media management, admissions management, marketing, communications or a similar role.
    • Proven experience in digital media management, communications and marketing for organisation or a brand.
    • Strong proficiency in graphic design using tools such as CorelDraw, Canva other graphic design software.
    • Ability to capture and edit photographs and short videos for digital platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently
    • Confident in interacting professionally with parents and visitors.
    • Experience working in a similar role in a school or an educational institution will be an advantage.

    Early Years Educator – Nursery

    About the Role

    Academic Standards Officer

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Academic StandardsOfficer to support the Curriculum Director in maintaining consistent academic standards across the school.
    • This role involves daily classroom monitoring, review of pupils’ work, evaluation of teaching and assessment practices and ensuring compliance with school policies.
    • The officer will identify strengths, highlight areas for improvement and provide professional feedback, reporting directly to the Curriculum Director.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily classroom observations to monitor teaching quality, pupil engagement and classroom management.
    • Ensure lessons follow the approved curriculum and schemes of work.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Degree in Education with a minimum 5 years teaching experience, preferably in a British or international curriculum school.
    • Current or recent Headteacher, Deputy Head, or senior leadership experience.
    • Experience in lesson observation, academic monitoring and teacher supervision.
    • IT skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management systems.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Desirable Skills:
