    Coordinator-Revenue

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue as well as maintain accurate reservation system information. Assist in the preparation of the agenda and other supporting documents for sales strategy meetings. Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating with rate restrictions and strategy to properties. Assist with account diagnostics and monitoring transient and group inventory to ensure straight-line availability. Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems. Escalate technical questions relating to the reservations and property management systems to the correct support desk in a timely manner. Monitor the compliance with and participation in Company promotions and eCommerce channels.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.     Assistant Revenue Manager

    To support the development and execution of revenue management strategies that maximize market share and profitability. This involves daily monitoring of inventory, competitor pricing analysis, and demand forecasting to ensure the "right product is sold to the right customer at the right time."

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy for hotels). Identify trends and anomalies in booking patterns.
    • Pricing & Inventory Management: Assist in setting daily BAR (Best Available Rate) and managing inventory across all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, and Direct).
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and local market demand (events, holidays, etc.) to recommend strategic adjustments.
    • Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.
    • Channel Management: Ensure price parity across all third-party platforms and troubleshoot any connectivity issues between the Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Managers.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align promotional offers with revenue goals.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or front office operations.
    • Technical Proficiency: * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
      • Experience with Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) and PMS (e.g., Opera).
    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
