    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking to employ a culinary enthusiast, versatile and highly experienced Continental Chef for the Hotel.
    • The qualified candidate will work hand in hand with the Executive Chef and the entire kitchen team in creating a wide variety of delicious meals based on international standards and knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    • Station Management: Oversee a designated section of the kitchen (e.g., hot or cold session), ensuring efficient and organized operations.
    • Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with the menu and quality standards. A La Carte and Buffet knowledge.
    • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
    • Inventory Management: Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste.
    • Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.

    Requirements

    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Summary

    • We are currently seeking to employ a proactive, versatile and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager for our business.
    • The qualified candidate will work hand in hand with the General Manager in conversing for more sales, penetrating new markets and ensuring we deliver our brand promise.

    Responsibilties

    • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel
    • Provide guests with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary
    • Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meets their specifications and needs
    • Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement
    • Collaborate with members of staff to ensure clients have a good time
    • Monitor the guest service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately
    • Conduct price negotiations with guests on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties.
    • Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals

    Requirements, Qualifications & Skills

    • A Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
    • 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or a related professional area.
    • 3 years’ experience in a managerial role as a strong sales analyst.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    • Confident communication and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivator with the ability to achieve set goals.
    • MUST have Hotel Operation Experience.
    • A Can-Do attitude.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets from Hospitality sector.
    • Proficient in office suite package.

    Food and Beverage Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking to employ an experienced, industrious and highly competent Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in the Hotel.
    • The qualified candidate will work hand in hand with the Executive Chef, the GM and the Executives of the hotel, in planning F&B financials, costing and revenue generation from all the Hotel revenue points.

    Responsibilities
    Operational Management:

    • Oversee daily food and beverage operations including Meeting & Events.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Manage inventory, stock control, and efficient ordering processes.

    Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Guest Experience:

    • Design and implement innovative and memorable dining experiences tailored to guests’ preferences.

    Requirements

    • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a 4/5* hotel, or similar high-end environment and cumulative of minimum 10 years in the hospitality industry.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
    • Proven proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
    • Wine knowledge is an advantage.
