    Ambulance Driver

    Responsibilities

    We need an Ambulance Driver at the hospitals to:

    • Safely operate and maintain ambulance vehicles.
    • Transport patients to medical facilities promptly and safely.
    • Provide basic life support, including CPR and AED usage when necessary.
    • Assist the clinical team during medical emergencies and procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and organized ambulance, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care and transport activities.
    • Follow established safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the Lead, A&E Unit for clinical-related tasks.
    • Administratively report the use of the vehicle to the Branch Operations Lead to ensure Ambulance Uptime.
    • Participate in continuous training and education to stay updated on the latest medical techniques and procedures.
    • Adhere to all relevant local and federal regulations and laws pertaining to ambulance operation and patient care.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess minimum of a National Diploma with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Must be conversant with the duties of an ambulance driver.
    • Proven experience as an ambulance driver.
    • Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
    • Excellent driving skills.
    • Can drive Manual & Automatic vehicles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

    Training & Development Manager

    What you will be doing

    • Design and develop comprehensive training manuals, online courses, videos and learning programs aligned with the healthcare industry's best practices.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for a variety of learning modalities.
    • Facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.
    • Develop and manage budgets for training and business development initiatives
    • Prepare and present proposals, bids and pitches to potential customers
    • Identify nee business opportunities, partnerships and markets to expand the Organization’s reach
    • Implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.
    • Modify training strategies based on feedback and performance outcomes to continually improve the learning experience.
    • Manage and administer the Hospital Academy's Learning Management System, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Work closely with department heads and leaders to identify training needs and align learning objectives with organizational goals.
    • Foster a collaborative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.

    What we are looking for

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective training programs, business development, sales; preferably in the healthcare sector.
    • Prior experience in Managerial or Leadership role is key.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and technology-driven training solutions.
    • Ability to lead and inspire a team of trainers and facilitators.
