    Business Strategist

    Summary

    • A leading Real Estate Company located at Dynasty Building, opposite Shoprite, Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo State requires the services of a Business Strategist. 

    Job Summary

    • The Business Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic business initiatives to drive organizational growth, improve efficiency, and enhance competitiveness.
    • This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing new business opportunities by researching industry trends, identifying potential markets, and analyzing customer needs
    • Developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with organizational goals
    • Coordinate the activities of sales department to achieve branch target
    • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth within existing markets or identification of new markets to enter
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Recommend and prioritize business initiatives (e.g., tech adoption, partnerships, branding etc.).
    • Performing analysis of competitors and identifying opportunities.
    • Contributing to business development and digital innovation.
    • Generating new company prospects through market research, market sizing, and customer needs analysis.
    • Laise with the Business Development Director to create marketing strategies that incorporate branding, messaging, pricing, and distribution channels to achieve business goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related fields.
    • Proven experience as a Business Strategist or in a similar strategic planning role.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Leadership experience and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

    Customer Service Representative

    Summary

    • A leading Real Estate Company located in Omole Phase 1, Ikeja, Lagos requires the services of a Customer Service Representative. 

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
    • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
    • Oversee daily estate operations and functionality
    • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services
    • Supervise routine inspections of properties and common areas
    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Knowing our products inside and out in order to answer questions professionally
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields
    • 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer service, estate, or property management
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Basic knowledge of facility/estate management practices
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Proximity to Ikeja or its environs is an added advantage.

    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • A leading Real Estate Company located in Omole Phase 1, Ikeja, Lagos requires the services of an Account Officer.

     Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
    • Prepare and present financial reports (weekly and monthly)
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income
    • Handle invoicing, receivables, and payables
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
    • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
    • Support budgeting and financial planning processes
    • Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/ BSc in Accounting
    • Proven experience as an Account Officer/Accountant in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Candidates residing within, Ikeja, Ojodu, Ogba, Magodo, Ketu and its environment will be given priority.
