Account Officer

Job Summary
- A leading Real Estate Company located in Omole Phase 1, Ikeja, Lagos requires the services of an Account Officer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Prepare and present financial reports (weekly and monthly)
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and income
- Handle invoicing, receivables, and payables
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/ BSc in Accounting
- Proven experience as an Account Officer/Accountant in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Candidates residing within, Ikeja, Ojodu, Ogba, Magodo, Ketu and its environment will be given priority.
