    Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive - PC / Marine

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to drive sales and business development of Protective and Marine Paints. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial coatings, protective paints, and marine coatings and be capable of managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Job Objectives

    • Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive: The Job is to develop sales plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability in consultation with Sales Manager / Business Manager. 
    • The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive manages sale of the company's products and services in defined geographical areas. 
    • To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. 
    • The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive role is also to establish and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel. To develop customer relationship and intimacy.

    Education Qualification /  Other Soft Skill Requirements

    • Well exposed to B2B Marketing.
    • B.Sc. / B.Eng / B. Tech – Chemistry / Paint OR Chemicals and AMPP Level 1 / 2 will be preferred but not mandatory.
    • Minimum of 4 - 5 Years of Experience in selling paints & providing technical service to the Protective and Marine Coating Industry. Good knowledge about the various liquid coatings, their specifications, application, etc.
    • A good spoken and written English skill is a must. Working knowledge of French would be an added advantage.
    • Willing to travel extensively.
    • A few years of experience in the development of High-performance Decorative Coatings for this sector will be an additional advantage.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality, or quantity.
    • Strategic Responsibility - To facilitate FRT in development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure. To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOPs. To ensure that sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
    • To monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share regular update with FRT/ART.
    • Day-to-Day Management - To manage the day-to-day operations of the sales region, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
      • To make regular customer visits for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
      • To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with the technical team for resolution and various customer trial analyses and support.
      • To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
      • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, scope of new product development, and pinpoint bottleneck areas, i.e., market threats, competitors initiatives, etc., to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
    • Sales Growth Targets - To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
      • To develop dealer network in each state as per assigned territory/region and promote them for higher coverage in the assigned state.
    • Customer Relationship - To develop a good customer base, manager customer relations, facilitate business managers/sales head to organize various business meets/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
    • Key Accounts - To focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management where appropriate to ensure prompt solution to their satisfaction.
      • To build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.
    • Budget - Prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
      • To monitor stock inventories in alignment with the budget and re-order level for product as well as packaging.
    • People Management - Manages effective communication by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback on performance and training needs in order to maximise subordinate and department performance.
      • To develop second-line successors and drive performance through the team to take up higher challenges.
    • Reporting - Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies, and standards

    Sales & Marketing Lead

    Job Summary

    • The Sales & Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading overall marketing and branding initiatives for the real estate company. The CMO will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business goals and oversee all marketing functions, including traditional marketing, advertising, public relations, customer engagement, and coordination with the digital marketing team to ensure an integrated marketing approach.

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Marketing & Brand Management:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Drive brand differentiation through innovative storytelling and unique value propositions.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

    Advertising & Public Relations:

    • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, TV, radio, outdoor advertising, and sponsorships.
    • Manage the design, messaging, and implementation of marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
    • Oversee public relations strategies to strengthen brand positioning and media coverage.

    Sales & Customer Engagement:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
    • Enhance customer experience through targeted engagement programs and loyalty initiatives.
    • Utilize customer insights and market trends to enhance marketing campaigns and personalization.

    Traditional & Digital Marketing Coordination:

    • Drive offline marketing efforts, including print collateral, direct mail campaigns, and community outreach.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align traditional and digital marketing strategies.
    • Leverage insights from digital marketing analytics to refine traditional marketing campaigns.

    Events & Partnerships:

    • Plan and execute industry events, open houses, and real estate expos to promote the company and properties.
    • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand brand presence.

    Leadership & Team Management:

    • Build and mentor a high- performing marketing team.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the marketing department.
    • Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure ROI- driven marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 + years of experience in real estate marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong expertise in branding, traditional marketing, public relations, and market research.
    • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and revenue growth
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple projects.
