    Digital Marketing Officer

    A digital marketing officer is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

    Duties of the Digital Marketing officer:

    • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website
    • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
    • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
    • Utilizing a range of techniques to generate sales leads
    • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
    • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
    • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
    • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
    • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
    • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc
    • Promote company’s product and services in the digital space
    • Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
    • Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns
    • Compile performances report using Google Analytics program

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of 4 years+ of relevant experience in digital marketing preferred (social media marketing related)
    • A degree from a recognized/ accredited university
    • Proven track record of success in digital marketing role required especially with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). 
    • Experience in executing cohesive cross-channel content marketing campaigns & digital marketing skills strongly preferred
    • Passionate about impactful email and digital marketing content
    • Great customer service skills to increase users’ interactions
    • Experience managing a comprehensive content calendar for several teams/groups
    • Strong ability to be collaborative and team-minded
    • Ability to clearly articulate priorities while incorporating data and learning into the decision-making process
    • Ability to react to changing priorities based on sales trends and pivot quickly and effectively
    • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute while also driving strategic planning and seeing the broader team vision
    • Must have extensive computer skills 
    • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, thoughtful and thorough preparation of documents and communications
    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with teams in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

    Digital Content Creator

    Job Summary

    The Digital Content Creator will play a key role in creating, delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels. Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offering and delivers our messages effectively, the role will support the Digital Marketing Manager in shaping the digital content strategy.

    Key responsibilities but not limited to the following listed below;

    • Researching and organizing facts and sources
    • Lead on the day-to-day management of our digital channels, creating inspirational, informative and engaging content
    • Plan, produce and create a programme of digital content to be used across all our digital channels for effective publication
    • Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
    • Create graphics and edit photos in a close working relationship with the internal design team
    • Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content
    • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, given feedbacks to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities
    • Manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
    • Other duties as required by the organization

    Minimum requirement 

    • Candidate must be well experienced with content creating skills with advantage in the E-commerce/Logistics industry
    • A degree from any recognized institution
