We are looking for a Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects in revenue and tax collection at the state level. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role in Minna, Niger State.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, ICT, Public Administration, or related field
Min. 3 years’ experience in project/program management, ideally in public sector, IT, revenue consulting, tax, or fintech
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Experience with tech-based revenue, tax, or payroll systems
You’ll:
️Lead government stakeholder engagement
Oversee implementation of digital platforms for tax, payroll, and financial transparency
Drive reforms in revenue collection using technology
Coordinate cross-functional teams and report on project KPIs
