    Social Media Marketer

    Core Responsibilities 

    Strategy Development & Brand Positioning 

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and marketing goals. 
    • Identify target audience segments and tailor content and messaging to optimize engagement and reach. 
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive social presence. 

    Content Planning & Management 

    • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. 
    • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality visual and written content. 
    • Manage a content calendar that reflects promotional campaigns, seasonal themes, and product launches. 

    Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing 

    • Run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including targeting, budget management, and performance optimization. 
    • Track campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROI to refine future strategies. 
    • Coordinate with the sales team to align lead generation and conversion campaigns with broader business goals. 

    Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy 

    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster community trust and loyalty. 
    • Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and user-generated content to boost brand visibility. 
    • Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews and concerns across platforms.

    Analytics, Reporting & Optimization 

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions. 
    • Generate regular reports and insights to guide data-driven decision-making and improve campaign outcomes. 
    • Continuously test and optimize content types, posting schedules, and platform-specific strategies. 

    Collaboration & Compliance 

    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns. 
    • Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant policies, regulations, and copyright standards. 
    • Manage third-party tools, agencies, and partnerships as needed to enhance social media effectiveness. 

    Key Qualifications Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (required). 
    • Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Content Marketing (preferred). 

    Experience 

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2C or lifestyle-driven industry. 
    • Track record of growing brand presence across multiple platforms through organic and paid strategies. 
    • Experience with influencer management, customer engagement, and community building. 

    Capabilities 

    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective tools/algorithms. 
    • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with an eye for design and storytelling. 
    • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). 
    • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    Auditor

    Core Responsibilities 

    Audit Strategy & Execution 

    • Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans in line with the company’s risk management framework. 
    • Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments, locations, and processes. 
    • Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through in depth risk-based audit reviews. 

    Risk Assessment & Control Evaluation 

    • Perform risk assessments to determine key focus areas for audit intervention. 
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in safeguarding assets, ensuring financial accuracy, and promoting compliance. 
    • Monitor high-risk areas and report key findings with actionable recommendations to senior management. 

    Financial Integrity & Reporting Assurance 

    • Review and validate financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. 
    • Ensure consistency with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and company policies. 
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting processes. 

    Compliance & Regulatory Oversight 

    • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. 
    • Conduct periodic audits on tax, procurement, payroll, and other regulatory-sensitive areas. 
    • Assist with external audit coordination and follow-up on audit findings and remediation plans. 

    Documentation & Continuous Improvement 

    • Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions. 
    • Track implementation of audit recommendations and monitor ongoing compliance. 
    • Contribute to the development of improved policies, procedures, and systems through audit insights. 

    Stakeholder Engagement & Confidentiality 

    • Maintain effective communication with business units while ensuring objectivity and independence. 
    • Act as a trusted advisor by providing value-added insights that enhance organizational performance. 
    • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

    Key Qualifications Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
    • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or CISA (required). 
    • MBA or MSc in a relevant field is an added advantage. 

    Experience: 

    • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in internal audit or assurance roles. 
    • Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, or multi-business environments is an advantage. 
    • Proven ability to conduct audits independently and write professional audit reports. 

    Capabilities: 

    • Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk assessment, and control testing techniques. 
    • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. 
    • Proficient in audit software, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting systems (e.g., ERP platforms). 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
