    Executive Assistant

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Support the ED to manage work schedule and activities
    • Organize and attend meetings and ensure the ED is well prepared for meetings; document meeting minutes where appropriate
    • Coordinate executive communications including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
    • Conserve the ED’s time and promote the corporate image by representing the Executive Director internally and externally; providing liaison between the Director, key executives, and employees
    • Carrying out researches and collecting data to prepare documents for reviews and presentations
    • Organise all aspects of the Executive Director’s work including appointments in addition to managing dates, producing agendas and all key paperwork for meetings
    • Arrange travels, visas and accommodation
    • Manage corporate events
    • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
    • Provide general administrative support for the effective running of the office of the Executive Director

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Manage schedules, itineraries and communications
    • Support achievement of corporate objectives
    • Support office administration
    • Marketing initiative
    • Project administration and coordination (work plans, key tasks)
    • Managing stakeholder engagement

    REQUIREMENT

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or any other related field
    • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role

    Sales Executive

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • *To anchor and support sales and business development activities across assigned territory
    • Responsible for marketing and sales of ISN diagnostics products in assigned territory
    • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
    • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
    • Submits orders through company approved methods
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as, weekly work plans, weekly report and monthly and annual territory analyses
    • Competition intelligence gathering
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; studying partner literature to improve product knowledge
    • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Execution of targeted market development and customer relationship management strategies for assigned territory
    • Coordination with technical teams (Engineering and Application Specialist) for timely demo and trouble shooting
    • Generate leads & convert leads into sales
    • Ensure timely payment collection
    • Ensure better customer satisfaction.

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Experience in B2B market segment
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in selling FMCG products or Medical related products
    • Good sales prospecting, negotiation and deal closing skills
    • Excellent Reporting skills
    • Industry knowledge/Commercial awareness
    • Self-starter and highly motivated individual with ability to work with limited supervision
    • Have a proven track record of Target Achievements and innovative deployments
    • Effective communicator, ability to build rapport and maintain relationship
    • Highly customer focused constantly working to increase customer satisfaction
    • Ability to impress customer and clients with exceptional presentation and customer service skills
    • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    • Must have a valid driver’s licence
