    Treasury Associate

    About the job

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Associate to support the organization’s cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial risk control.
    • The role will ensure efficient treasury operations, optimal cash utilization, and timely financial obligations, while supporting strategic financial decision-making across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
    • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts (short-term and long-term).
    • Optimise cash utilisation across business units and accounts.
    • Execute and monitor all payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with approval workflows.
    • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

    • 2–4 years’ experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or a related function.
    • Professional certification (or in view) such as ICAN, ACCA, CFA is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial controls.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

    • Minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner/HR leadership role.
