    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Admin Officer will oversee administrative operations, production operations support, and organizational
    • coordination. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and structured professional capable of building systems, strengthening internal controls, and driving execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the coordination and execution of administrative activities across the organization.
    • Oversee facility management, logistics, compliance reporting, and general office operations.
    • Ensure effective information flow and administrative coordination across departments and production units.
    • Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to monitor output, quality, and efficiency metrics.
    • Support planning and execution for scaling production from 300 to 1,000 units over the next two years.
    • Manage vendor coordination, procurement documentation, and operational planning.
    • Assist the Head of Admin in establishing dashboards, workflows, and operational reporting structures.
    • Coordinate training schedules, resources, facilities, and partner engagements.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and progress indicators for program performance.
    • Maintain organizational governance documentation, policies, manuals, and compliance records.
    • Support regulatory filings, investor reports, and internal audit requirements.
    • Ensure all administrative practices meet legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
    • Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee support activities.
    • Maintain discipline, culture alignment, and efficient office operations.
    • Support departmental alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
    • 4-8 years’ experience in administration, operations, or manufacturing-related support roles.
    • Experience in a structured, manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or fast-growing start-up environment.
    • Strong operational, organizational, and financial documentation skills.
    • Proficiency with Excel, ERPs, data reporting, and administrative management tools.

    Preferred

    • Experience in the EV, automotive, renewable energy, or industrial sectors.
    • Background supporting capacity expansion or operational scale-ups.
    • Familiarity with LEAN operations, continuous improvement, and workflow optimization.

    Senior Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
    • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.
    • Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
    • Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client’s requirement.
    • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP.
    • Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional/technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients
    • Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.
    • Working with the Pre-sales Manager and the Business Development Manager to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date and relevant.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issue or concerns.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant information to management.
    • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to network and promote the company’s products or services.
    • Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support.
    • Hands on experience in working with Microsoft Office and sales CRM tools.

    Requirements

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in any related field.
    • MBA or Masters in Business is an added advantage.
    • 4+ year of experience in SaaS or IT sales (B2B), with a strong track record of performance.
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed high sales targets.
    • Experience in working with sales targets (previous target history to be reviewed).
    • Ability to handle bid and tender process.
    • Experience in engaging and managing relationships with senior leadership and top management.
    • Displays a high level of professional, with a polished corporate presence and business-appropriate appearance.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong corporate stability, with a history or remaining in roles for at least 2 years (no frequent job changes).
    • Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel to Nairobi, Kenya for Training.
