    Sponsorship and Partnership Manager (Conference/Event)

    Role Objective: 

    • The Sponsorship Manager will secure sponsorships and partnerships (exhibitors and product/service providers) for the conference and ensure all sponsor/partner-related deliverables are met.
    • They will build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure their satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and secure sponsorship and partnerships opportunities. These include financial support, exhibition and advert sales
    • Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors/partners.
    • Ensure sponsor/partners deliverables are met, including visibility, branding, and event placement.
    • Provide post-event reports and feedback to sponsors.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or Communications preferred.
    • 4+ years in sponsorship or business development roles.
    • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills

    KPIs:

    • Sponsorship revenue target met (e.g. 500k).
    • 100% sponsor satisfaction (survey-based).
    • Number of sponsorship packages sold (target based on budget).

    Content Officer (Conference/Event)

    Role Objective:

    • The Content Director will lead the development of the conference agenda and manage speaker engagements.
    • S/he will be responsible for ensuring that the event content aligns with the theme and provides valuable insights for attendees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop the conference agenda, including session topics, panel discussions, and workshops.
    • Confirm and coordinate speakers, facilitators, and panelists.
    • Ensure high-quality content that aligns with the event’s objectives and theme.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure the timely promotion of speakers and sessions.

    Requirements

    • First degree in any relevant field of study.
    • Minimum 3 years in event content curation
    • Excellent networking, content development, and coordination skills.
    • Top notch communication skills both verbal and written
    • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Must have a tenacious approach and must be able to work well with people

    KPIs:

    • 100% speaker confirmation by a specific deadline.
    • Attendee satisfaction with content (80%+ positive feedback).
    • Completion of the conference agenda and speaker coordination by set deadlines
