Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst (3–5 years) to support the PMO in driving project governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence.
• The role will work closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-documented, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO frameworks, standards, and templates.

• Facilitate project governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
