    PMO Analyst

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst (3–5 years) to support the PMO in driving project governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence.
    • The role will work closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-documented, and aligned with strategic objectives.
    • You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project KPIs, preparing dashboards, coordinating governance meetings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO frameworks, standards, and templates.
