Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 10 years’ work experience, with at least 6 years at Management level.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies.
• A postgraduate professional certificate in relevant field. (Added advantage).

Job Responsibility

• Review and suggest improvement to current inventory management system.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and materials by establishing security procedures and protocols. 
• Efficient coordination of warehouse activities and stock taking exercise in conjunction with other stakeholders, as approved by the management.
• Prepares materials schedule for replenishment in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.  
• Coordinates the activities of materials management officers across the IBEDC’s area of operations. 
• Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Performs other sundry assignments as stipulated by the CARPO.

• Coordinates the activities of materials management officers across the regional operations.
• Receipt of all supplies made to regional store.
• Release of materials to users and Business Hubs as approved by the management with audit endorsement of all requisitions.
• Maintenance of the regional store house and management of materials replenishment.  
• Posting of all regional store transactions into Sage and effective participation in the company’s stocktaking exercise.  
• Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by the  Head, Inventory Management.

Job Description

This job role drives the prevention, detection and recovery of energy losses attributable to billing irregularities, illegal connections to IBEDC and interference with metering installation at the Business Hub in line with IBEDC strategies.

Job Requirements

• B.Eng electrical electronics engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.

Job Responsibility

• Ensures that all NMD meter meets the performance, functions and technical requirements and applicable standards within the Business Hub.
• Conduct daily inspection of NMD Meters and associated equipment for the purpose of ascertaining optimal performance.  
• Calculate and estimate bills from damaged NMD meters and investigates attributable energy loss / theft.  
• Implement specific strategies designed to curtail losses in areas of high financial leakages.
• Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.  Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by the HRP.

Job Description

• This job holder plans and designs IBEDC distribution network in the business hub to ensure system reliability, technical loss reduction, safety, regulatory compliance and economic sustainability.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Possession of certifications in Engineering is an added advantage; Membership of a professional body is required e.g., NSE, COREN.
• One to Two years’ experience in relevant engineering field.   
   

Job Responsibility

• Distribution capacity management and optimization of network equipment.
• Carry out distribution network analysis using power system modelling tools/software, to improve the distribution network reliability.  
• Plans standard distribution network suitable for new and existing network optimization projects.  
• Prepares Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) and cost benefit analysis for technical projects.  
• Initiates, schedule, monitor, control and commissioning of technical projects to ensure compliance with planned and relevant regulatory standards.  
• Construction of relief substation and associated lines accessories.  
• Prepares technical reports.  
• Initiates and drives approval processes for new connection application.  
• Update of IBEDC network database/diagram to ensure it reflects status of the network using AutoCAD/GIS platform.  
• Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.  
• Perform any other duty as may be directed by the Lead, Network Planning and Technical Engineer.
