    Marketing Manager

    Role Summary: Overall Marketing Management through leading the development and the execution of the business plan. To achieve volume and market share objectives as per the business plan.

     KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND SKILLS

    • Develop comprehensive and fully integrated annual business and marketing plans, including targets and metrics.
    • Develop marketing strategies and serve as primary strategy advisor to the business units.
    • Forster communication between individual, business units and offices.
    • Work with appropriate team members to create and execute winning strategies for all key segments. Ensure teams have identified the appropriate benefits and differentiators.
    • Manage the overall marketing budget, approve the plans and allocate resources to program that reflect the firm's vision and strategic position.
    • Conduct strategic research in support of the firm's designated market sectors and explore new growth market. Develop and implement strategies to expand existing market penetration and enter new markets.
    • Develop new value driven strategies for approaching and cultivating potentials clients.
    • Monitor and control firm wide marketing activities, expenses, results and other metrics each period.
    • Supervise the marketing support and business development staff.
    • Ensure all materials are appropriately focused on client benefits and differentiators, while consistent with the firm's promotional identity
    • Oversee press releases, published articles and design awards.

    Qualification, Experience and Others

    • A first degree in the Social Sciences, Humanities or Business Administration.
    • Must have worked in a Fashion/Garment Indusry .
    • 3-5 years of marketing management experience
    • Significant track record in marketing management with knowledge, experience and proven results in all areas: result measurement, research, branding, and management of tasks, people and programs.

    Receptionist

    Job Description:

    The individual will serve as the face the Organization. The individual needs a great deal of skills to perform the many tasks. The successful candidate must be both an excellent communicator and strong administrator and also must comfortably interact with individuals of all levels.

    Responsibilities:         

    • Greeting Visitors:
    • Greet visitors. When guests arrive, she warmly welcomes them, sometimes providing refreshments. She may also answer basic questions regarding the business, such as hours of operation, as well as provide customers with a brief explanation of the products and services the Company offers.
    • In addition to in-person greetings, the individual will be responsible for answering all incoming calls.
    • Screening calls as requested, she routes them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying messages as needed.

    Distributing Mail:                                 

    • Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. When mail arrives, the receptionist sorts it, eliminating junk mail and identifying those of the highest priority and then distributes in a manner prescribed.
    • If an individual or business needs documents in a rush, the receptionist contacts a messenger service, and provides all necessary instructions.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Perform a variety of clerical task which include management of the calendars of senior team members as well as organizes necessary business travel arrangements.
    • Order office supplies, file documents, make photocopies and sends and receives emails. In some instances, she may also perform light bookkeeping tasks.

    Requirements:

    Preferably female

    Accountants

    Education

    A first degree in Accounting, The right candidate must be a registered member of ICAN.

    He/she must be proficient in the use of an accounting package and Microsoft excel.

    Job Description for Accountants:

    •   Keeping up to date accounts of all cash and cheque disbursements
    •   Maintaining adequate records of all purchases
    •   Ensuring that bills are settled promptly to avoid disruption
    •   Entering all company transactions in the appropriate ledgers on a daily basis
    •   Ensuring that clients and candidates are invoiced as soon as service is rendered
    •   Ensure that payments are made as at when due.
    •   Ensure tithe and other external payments are made promptly
    •   Ensure that income from other sources are collected as at when due
    •   Must ensure that WHT and VAT certificates are collected on time
    •   Must make provision for running expenses at the beginning of each week
    •   Must ensure that all payments to vendors/contractors/external consultants are duly signed for on copies of such instruments and in the form provided.

    • Must have studied Abroad
