    Inventory Officer / Storekeeper

    About the Role

    • They are looking for a reliable and meticulous Inventory Officer/Store Keeper to oversee stock management within the store.
    • The role focuses on proper record keeping, stock arrangement, and ensuring products are readily available for sales and operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record all stock items accurately.
    • Organize and maintain the store/warehouse in a neat and accessible manner.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
    • Maintain up-to-date stock registers and ensure stock card accuracy.
    • Monitor stock levels and alert management when items are running low.
    • Issue products to sales and operations teams based on requisitions.
    • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of all products.
    • Implement a first-in-first-out (FIFO) system for product rotation.
    • Generate inventory reports for management as required.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
    • 1 – 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
    • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory software.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Integrity and accountability in managing stock.

    Architect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop architectural designs, plans, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
    • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
    • Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
    • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors during project execution.
    • Prepare and review construction documents and specifications.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
    • Stay updated on new materials, trends, and architectural technologies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
    • 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience in architectural design.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or related tools.
    • Strong creativity with excellent technical skills.
    • Good communication and client relationship management skills.
    • Must be registered and certified by ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria).

    Salary
    Open to negotiation.
