We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to support our Finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS, and effective management of company assets and liabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in the oil & gas or engineering sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification – ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent (required).
Minimum of 8 years’ accounting experience, preferably in oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of the company’s fixed assets and inventory, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing reliable financial information to support management decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
3–5 years’ experience in fixed assets, inventory, or cost accounting roles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing sector is an advantage.
Strong understanding of IFRS accounting for fixed assets and inventory.
Excellent reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
