    Construction Manager

    Summary:

    • Responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction works within the park, ensuring quality, safety, environmental compliance, and timely delivery of projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee construction activities, contractors, and workmanship quality.
    • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, safety, and environmental requirements.
    • Conduct site inspections, track progress, manage documentation, and prepare management report.
    • Support project planning, procurement, and coordination with internal teams.

    Requirements:

    • Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or project management.
    • Strong knowledge of construction standards, drawings, and site management.

    Communications & Media Relations Manager

    Summary:

    Lead ANI’s communications, media relations, and digital strategy to strengthen brand visibility, donor engagement, and public positioning across local and international platforms.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement integrated communications, PR, and media strategies.
    • Manage media relations, press content, social media platforms, and website updates.
    • Oversee publications, digital content, and storytelling aligned with fundraising goals.
    • Lead content creation, editorial oversight, and team/contractor management.
    • Support donor communications, proposals, and reputation management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in communications, media, or public relations.
    • Strong social media, copywriting, and digital content skills.
    • Experience leading teams and managing projects in mission-driven organizations.
    • The Communication and Media Relations Manager needs to be a strong candidate who has experience working within the NGO industry or a similar environment.
