    Design Architect

    Description 

    • We are seeking a talented Design Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of unique furniture designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop furniture designs that reflect the company's brand identity and market trends.
    • Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to the manufacturing team.
    • Research emerging design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to incorporate innovative ideas into furniture designs.
    • Develop prototypes and mock-ups to test and validate design concepts, ensuring feasibility and functionality.
    • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing, providing technical guidance as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and ergonomic and safety considerations in all designs.
    • Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to select suitable materials, finishes, and hardware, balancing cost, quality, and sustainability.
    • Participate in design review meetings, offering insights to improve designs and streamline production processes.
    • Manage project timelines to ensure design deliverables meet established deadlines.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in furniture design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino for technical drawings and 3D modeling.
    • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to balance form and function in designs.
    • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes used in furniture production.
    • Familiarity with sustainability principles and a commitment to eco-friendly design practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
    • Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving project requirements.

    Finance Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial analysis, project accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger. 
    • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and compliance with statutory requirements, while providing leadership to the finance team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide financial and cash flow analysis; prepare monthly reports.
    • Maintain project accounting, including budget-to-actual statements.
    • Manage general ledger, payroll reporting, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and financial statements.
    • Prepare budgets and ensure timely report submission.
    • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (VAT, PAYE, etc.).
    • Monitor cash flow and manage company finances.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making and improve financial performance.

    • Proficient in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks etc).

    Assistant Project Supervisor

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Supervisor with an architectural background to plan, organize, and oversee all installation processes, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with daily site installations to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.
    • Work with the installation team to maintain productivity, safety, and efficiency on-site.
    • Help communicate project updates and address client concerns under the direction of the Project Supervisor.
    • Observe and report on installation standards to support quality assurance efforts.
    • Conduct daily performance reviews at the site and report back to the Project Supervisor on progress and challenges.
