    Design Architect (NYSC)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented Design Architect (NYSC) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of unique furniture designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop furniture designs that reflect the company's brand identity and market trends.
    • Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to the manufacturing team.
    • Research emerging design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to incorporate innovative ideas into furniture designs.
    • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing, providing technical guidance as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and ergonomic and safety considerations in all designs.

    • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Rhino for technical drawings and 3D modeling.
    • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to balance form and function in designs.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
    • Must reside on the Island.

    Account Associate

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an Account Associate to assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintenance of accounting records, and provision of financial support to the management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as assisting in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Reporting:

    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    Furniture Production Manager

    • The successful candidate will plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee all manufacturing processes across departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
    • The role also involves providing strong leadership and guidance to the production team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop strategic plans, set performance targets, and prepare operational budgets to align with company goals.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, organize workflows, and evaluate production schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines. Operate CNC machines and other factory equipment.
