    Auditor

    Responsibilities

    • Collating, checking, and analyzing spreadsheet data.
    • Examining company accounts and financial control systems.
    • Gauging levels of financial risk within the organization.
    • Ensuring that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
    • Ensuring that assets are protected.
    • Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made.
    • Preparing reports, commentaries, and financial statements
    • Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
    • Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
    • Undertaking reviews of wages.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting.
    • Minimum of 5 years of Accounting/Auditing experience in a fast-paced organization.

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Mathematical and deductive reasoning.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).

    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • We seek a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for the procurement of our medical equipment and consumables across the country.
    • He/She will spearhead our procurement efforts, helping the company get products that are both cost-efficient and of high quality, within schedule.

    Responsibilities

    • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
    • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment and supplies.
    • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
    • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
    • Oversee all incoming deliveries to the warehouse and ensure accurate documentation of all receipts.
    • Oversee all aspects of the shipping process including pickup, packing, and proper documentation of shipments.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 7 years of work experience as Procurement Manager/Officer.
