The role involves building meaningful partnerships, creating tailored travel experiences, and expanding our client base among B2C and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients individuals, groups and HNIs with tailored travel solutions.
Cultivate long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
Develop and execute sales strategies that position the agency as a trusted travel partner.
Meet revenue goals through consistent outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
Represent the agency professionally at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally within travel, hospitality, or lifestyle services.
Strong personal or professional network among HNIs or premium clients.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities to business.
