    Regional Sales Manager 

    • We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Owerri region.
    • If you’re passionate about sales strategy, team leadership, and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives in the Owerri region
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners
    • Promote and sell the company’s products, ensuring growth and market penetration
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
    • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
    • Familiarity with the Owerri market
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software

    Assistant Production Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning and overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.
    • Coordinate with the production team to meet schedules and achieve targets.
    • Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout production processes.
    • Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, working closely with the procurement team.

    Requirements:
