    Manager, IT Quality Assurance

    Purpose

    • To develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework for IT systems and services, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and alignment with business and user requirements while driving continuous improvement and defect reduction.

    The Job

    • Ensures that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently.
    • Engages with senior stakeholders to secure commitment and resources needed for effective acceptance testing.
    • Validating systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and targets.
    • Collaborates with internal and external partners to facilitate an effective evaluation of systems, products and services.
    • Ensures that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that service level agreements are complete and cost effective.
    • Tests continuity management plans and procedures to ensure they address exposure to risk and that agreed levels of continuity can be maintained.
    • Lead an effective Change Control process.
    • Implement and monitor effective and efficient quality document management process for timely processing of document changes and distribution of quality information.
    • Develops and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    • ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
    • Professional certifications such as CMSQ or COBIT (added advantage)

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in IT/Quality Assurance with at  least 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Prior experience as an individual contributor in QA is an added advantage.
    • Experience in ERP solutions, specifically MS D365 F&O will be an added advantage.

    The Person Must​:

    • Have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
    • Be highly detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
    • Demonstrate structured problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    IT Service Delivery Officer

    Purpose

    • To coordinate and ensure timely, efficient delivery of IT support services across the organization and its subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to SLAs, user satisfaction, and alignment with IT policies and procedures.

    The Job

    • Monitor operations to make sure tickets are addressed in a timely manner, as well as serving as the service-desk liaison to major business-impacting initiatives.
    • Responsible for smooth operations, ensures SLAs are being met and service-desk customers are happy with the support they are receiving.
    • Responsible not only for the definition of a set of internal processes, policies, controls and operations but also serve a guide to helpdesk agents on their adoption and compliance.
    • Participate in activities or oversee a small staff contributing to project work (major incidents, changes, and releases, DRP, ITSM tool implementation).
    • Develop and update PC setup and maintenance plan in alignment with the Service Desk manager.
    • Ensure that received incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA with the business.
    • Ensure maintenance of relevant records and documentation.
    • Monitor operational performance proactively and troubleshoot system problems which affects end users and take necessary steps to resolve them.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with ITIL Foundation and Microsoft certification.
    • Security or Network certifications will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in IT service delivery or service desk operations.
    • Experience supervising support teams and familiarity with tools like ManageEngine is an added advantage.
    • Experience in ERP solutions, specifically MS D365 F&O will be an added advantage.

    The Person Must​:

    • Have strong coordination and organizational skills.
    • Possess good problem-solving and incident management capability.
    • Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Be customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.

    Functional Application Administrator

    Purpose

    • To manage, maintain, and support the organization’s ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, system reliability, and alignment with business needs through effective administration, configuration, and stakeholder collaboration.

    The Job

    • Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, access control, and security configuration.
    • Monitor system performance and availability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
    • Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and system upgrades.
    • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the integration and interoperability of the ERP system with other IT systems.
    • Configure and customize the ERP application based on business requirements.
    • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and business rules.
    • Conduct testing and validation of system configurations and customizations.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing their inquiries and issues related to the ERP system.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with proficiency in SQL and database management.
    • Working knowledge of Power BI and relevant ERP certifications will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ERP application administration with strong knowledge of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities.
    • Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and supporting business users within an ERP environment.

    The Person Must​:

    • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Possess good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
    • Be detail-oriented with a structured approach to system management
    • Have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
    • Be proactive in identifying system improvements and optimizations.
